Shipping policy

Delivery timelines vary based on the option you choose. We offer the following delivery methods :

Standard home delivery-  290.00 INR. Applies to non-discounted items only

Free delivery on orders over 6,500 INR. Applies to non-discounted items only.

Lead times: 10-15 business days 

Delivery timelines are approximate and will be confirmed during purchase, either in the Shipping Confirmation or, if unspecified, within 30 days of the Shipping Confirmation date.

Estimated delivery begins 24 working hours after purchase. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays (national, regional, and local, as well as holidays where our warehouse/logistics center is located).

During sales, holidays, or special promotions, delivery may take longer. Store delivery may be unavailable due to limited storage. Delays can also occur due to product customisation, unforeseen events, force majeure, or rural delivery addresses.

Unless affected by customisation or exceptional circumstances, your order will be dispatched within the stated timeframe. If you have not received your package after the deadline, please contact our Support Team.
